Egg fishy curry

Hi friends ,after a long time i am back with some of my new recipes and ideas.Everyone like egg so today i am making a dish of egg with new style .Egg is also very good source of calories and it is easily available in your kitchen. I hope all of you will enjoy .
Ingredients :
4 Eggs (beaten with salt)
2 Onions(fine paste)
1 large Tomato (puree)
2 cloves of Garlic(paste)
1 Bay leaf
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
4 Cups of Water
Salt to taste
Oil
  Fresh coriander leaf for garnishing

Method :
  • Take a deep pan and heat  the water till it starts boiling. Now add the beaten egg and cover the pan immediately.
  • After one minute remove the egg from pan and cut into pieces .
  • Now take a cooking pan and add oil when the oil starts heating add bay leaf and then onion tomato and garlic paste.Make the paste brown.
  • Add turmeric powder ,chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder.And cook till oil separates from the masala.
  • Now add 2 cups of water in the masala and when it starts boiling add the egg pieces .
  • Coo for 3-4 mins ,turn off the heat ,and garnish with coriander laef
  • Now your curry is ready to eat .

coconut (nariyal) chutney with mint


Coconut chutney is easy to make and a good accompaniment for many dishes ,specially with South Indian. Mint and the curry leaves gives it a very beautiful color and a very good flavor. So Let's start



Ingredients:

1 Fresh coconut grated
2 tbs Dry roasted chana (chickpeas)
1 tsp mustard seeds (raai)
15 fresh Mint leaves
1 tsp Sugar
2 Green chillies
2 dry red chillies
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp cooking oil
10-15 Curry leaves
 Salt to taste

Method
  • Take a grinder and add grated coconut ,chana ,mint leaves, green chillies,garlic,sugar and salt.
  • Grind them to foam a thick paste.
  • Now in a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds ,red chilly,curry leaves,and add coconut paste and turn off heat stir well.
  • Coconut chutney is ready to eat.

Jackfruit (kathal) masala

Make delicious raw jackfruit curry using this simple steps . My family loved it the very first time i made this.. So what are you waiting for go and try this delicious recipe .
  
Ingredients :
Jackfruit raw 500 gm (diced &boiled)
Rice flour  4 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 ,1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Onion 3 large (make a fine paste)
Tomato 3 large (fine puree)
Garlic 5 cloves
Bay leaf 1
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Green cardamom 2
Garam masala 1 tsp
 Oil
Salt to taste
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Green coriander leaf

Method : 
  • Mix boiled jackfruit ,rice flour, gram flour, half coriander powder,half turmeric powder,and half chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Take a pan and deep fry all the jackfrit mixture one by one piece,make them golden brown.Keep aside.
  • Now take another pan and heat oil ,add bay leaf, cinnamon,and then add onion fry till golden.
  • Add turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilli powder ,salt and fry  4-5 minutes.
  • Now add tomato puree and again cook till oil starts floating over them.
  • Add fried jackfruit ,cardamom powder, crushed garlic ,garam masala and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves .
  • Serve with rice or roti of your choice.

Paneer adaraki (cottage cheese with ginger)

Paneer remains the most common type of cheese used in traditional South Asian cuisines. The use of paneer is more common in Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh due to the prominence of milk in their cuisine.Paneer adaraki is a simple recipe loaded with the flavor of ginger and is made with paneer (Indian cottage) cooked in thick onion-tomato gravy.And it gives the very heavenly flavor of ginger.  This dish is rich in its taste and flavors.
Ingredients:
Paneer( cottage cheese) –250gm, cut into 1” cubes         
Onion – 5medium sliced
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Tomatoes-3 chopped
Ginger-1 inch piece
Garlic- 4
Green chillies-6
Kasuri methi-2 tbsp
Fresh cream-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Coconut powder -2 tbsp
Cashew paste-2tbsp
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -3 tbsp

Method:
    1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic flakes.Add sugar and saute on medium flame until onion turns brown.Remove off heat and let it cool.
    2. In another pan, heat remaining oil, add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.Add chopped tomatoes and saute until it turns soft and mushy.
    3. Blend browned onion along with green chillies into a smooth paste.Add this onion paste to the cooked tomatoes and mix well.
    4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt .
    5. Now add coconut powder and cashew paste and little a cup of water.Cook this gravy for 5-6 minutes.
    6. Boil the paneer cubes in water for 2-3mins.Add the boiled paneer cubes to the gravy and cook for 2-3 mins.Add fresh cream and kasoori methi and garnish with coriander leaves.
    7. Serve hot with chapati or any other Indian bread.

Style Tomato pasta

Pasta is generally a simple dish, but comes in large varieties because it is a versatile food item. Some pasta dishes are served as a first course in Italy because the portion sizes are small and simple.This is basically an Italian dish and tomato pasta is one of them. Tomato pastaaaaa ,yummmm as the name shows its very tasty This was my today's breakfast ,but today i have made this in my own style and really i love the taste now its your turn to try this....

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium size tomatoes puree
  • 2 Bowls of boiled pasta
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  • Cabbage finely chopped 
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2tbsp oil





Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions for a minute.
  • Add chillies and tomato puree and fry again for a minute.
  • Now add  cabbage and capsicum cook till tender.
  • Add boiled pasta, vinegar,tomato sauce and salt.
  • Cook the mixture for 2 minutes, then add oregano and chilli flakes.
  •  Spread grated cheese over it and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Tomato pasta is ready.

Stuff paneer cheela


Health Health Health we are very much careful about health always. But when we talk about tasty food we become more careless and give priority to the taste not health. But here i am sharing with you one healthy and tasty recipe . Lets try it and become more health conscious.... 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Moong dhuli daal
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 200 gm Grated paneer
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger greated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powde
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Green coriander (chopped)
  • Chat masala
  • 1-2 tbsp Mustard Oil 
  • Salt to taste                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Method:
  • For stuffing- In a bowl take greated paneer now add tomato,onion, ginger,black pepper powder, garam masala.green corioander and salt to taste.
  • For cheela-     Soak moong daal for3-4  hrs in water. Then grind along with salt and ginger, to a fine paste. 
  •     Now heat a pan, put 2-3 drops of oil and pour some batter and make a cheela .
  •     Now cook the cheela from both sides.  
  •  Now on one side put some filling in the half of cheela.
  • And fold the half part carefully on the stuffing ,now sprinkle a little chat masala .
  • Serve hot with your favorite chutney

Garlic paneer tikki (cutlet)

A delicious crunchy delicacy made with paneer and subtle potatoes and the very good flavor of garlic.Today i had made an experiment and and my family loved it.Now its your turn to try this.....

Ingredients:
6 Potatoes boiled and smashed
1 Onion cut into small pieces 
6-8 Cloves Garlic
6-8 Cashews cut in to small pieces
1\4 cup fresh Coriander leaves 
1\2 tbs Red chilli powder
1\4 cup cottage cheese (paneer) grated
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Method:
  • Take smashed potatoes and add a little salt ,make a fine and smooth paste .
  •  In a bowl take smashed paneer,and add cashew pieces, garlic pieces coriander leaf ,red chilli powder,salt and mix it.
  • Take one and a half tbsp of smashed potatoes in palm and flatten it.
  •  Stuff about 1\2 tsp of filling into it and make it in the form of tikki.
  • Toss it over the corn flour and fry until it's crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.
