Ingredients:
- 1 cup Moong dhuli daal
- 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 200 gm Grated paneer
- 1/2 inch piece Ginger greated
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powde
- ½ tsp Garam masala
- ½ tsp Green coriander (chopped)
- Chat masala
- 1-2 tbsp Mustard Oil
- Salt to taste Method:
- For stuffing- In a bowl take greated paneer now add tomato,onion, ginger,black pepper powder, garam masala.green corioander and salt to taste.
- For cheela- Soak moong daal for3-4 hrs in water. Then grind along with salt and ginger, to a fine paste.
- Now heat a pan, put 2-3 drops of oil and pour some batter and make a cheela .
- Now cook the cheela from both sides.
- Now on one side put some filling in the half of cheela.
- And fold the half part carefully on the stuffing ,now sprinkle a little chat masala .
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney
