Paneer remains the most common type of cheese used in traditional indian cuisines. In most of the restaurants you can find the paneer dishes easily in the menu .We also use paneer in our home in many dishes. So today i made an experiment with paneer and make Red Hot Paneer try it guys and share your comments.

500gm Paneer (cottage cheese)
1 ½ tsp Garlic paste
1 ½ tsp Ginger paste
1/4 cup Oil
2 ½ tsp Salt
2 ½ tsp Red chilli powder or(chilli paste)
2 tsp Cornflour
1 cup Curd, whisked
2 Green
chillies slit
3 tsp Lemon juice
½ cup Curry leaves
2 Onions cut
into fine slices
Method -
- Take a bowl and mix the ginger-garlic paste,2 tsp oil, chilli powder ,red color and salt with a little water to form a thick paste.
- Add paneer pieces to the batter, marinate for about 1 hour.
- Mix in the cornflour and deep fry.
- Now in a pan take a little oil add green chillies ,curry leaves ,onion and cook till onion turns brown now add curd and cook for 2minutes.
- Then add the fried paneer and mix well.
- Add lemon juice and garnish with curry leaves.
- You can also serve it as a starter.
