Sometimes we are in a hurry and we have not enough time to make proper food. So I have some easy and time saving recipes.Which takes less time and gives you full taste.
Ingredients:
Rice cooked 2 cups
Green peas 1\2 cup
Capsicum 2 sliced
Carrot 1 sliced
Mushroom 1\2 cup boiled & sliced
Baby corn 2-3 sliced
Onion 1 large
Ginger -garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala 1 tbsp
Star masala 1
Cardamom 2 crushed
Salt to taste
Oil 1tbsp
Method:

Method:
- Take a pan and add oil,when oil starts heating add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and star masala , cook till onion turns brown.
- After that add all the vegetables and salt and cook till tender.
- Now add cooked rice, garam masala and little bit more salt.
- Sprinkle cardamom and mix it.
- Serve hot with curd.
