Egg net mutton kabab


There are so many varieties of kabab like shami, galauti, tunde and many more. this time i am also making a kabab but in my style. So friends get ready to try this. I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients:
Mutton(mince) keema 500 gm
Big cardomom seeds 3
Cinnamon 2"stick
salt to taste
Garam masala 1\2tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
 Ginger 1"
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Thick cream 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Corn flour 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
  • In  a cooker add keema ,cinnamon, cardamom, salt and garam masala and 2 cups of water. pressure cook till 5-6 whistles.
  • Open an dry out the water completely.Blend the mince into smooth paste.And keep aside.
  • Now take papaya, chilli powder, ginger ,garlic, thick cream, eggs and grind to a paste.
  • In this paste add mince and grind again it to get a sticky consestency.
  • Make flat tikkis(kabab) of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Now take corn flour and cover the tikkis with it.
  • place the tikkis over a greased crusty plate and pore 2 tbsp oil over them thoroughly.
  • Cook and serve hot with onion and chutney.
Tips- you can also fry it in a fry pan .
