Today's menu is fish .Fish is very high in protein and low in fat.Regular consumption of fish may reduce the risk of various diseases .This recipe is full of the flavor of garlic.The tadka of curry leaves give the freshness to the recipe .
Ingredients:
Fish 500gm (fresh and clean pieces)
Onion 2 large(chopped)
Garlic 20-25 cloves(finely chopped)
Ginger 2" piece(finely chopped)
Green chillies 4-5(slit)
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Water 3-4 cups
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
For tadka:
Mustard oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10
Method:

Method:
- Take a pan and heat oil.Now add onion and fry till it becomes brown.
- After that add garlic ,ginger ,Green chillies, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt and little bit of water.
- Cook till oil separates from the masala.Now add fish to the masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then add water and cook again for 4-5 minutes.
- For tadka heat oil , add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
- And mix this tadka with the fish gravy.
- Now add lemon juice and serve hot.
