tasty and easy recipe, which I have made. Potatoes are easy available at everyone’s
home. So when the guest will come
without notice why not you try this…
Ingredients
250gms Aloo (Potatoes)small in size
Oil for deep frying
1 large Onion (finely chopped)
140 ml curd
1 cup hot water
1tsp garam masala powder

2 green cardamoms
1piece cinnamon stick
Paste
1 large onion (chopped)
12 flakes garlic
2 tbsp ginger
6black peppercorn

Method
- Scrape the aloo (potatoes), prick all over with a fork and soak in the water with little salt for 2 hours.
- Dry the potatoes on a cloth and heat the oil.
- Deep fry the potatoes until golden brown. Drain and set aside.
- Heat the measured oil in a pan, add bay leaf ,cinnamon ,cardamoms and onions fry till brown.
- Grind the paste ingredients to a fairly smooth paste and add into the pan.
- Now add coriander and turmeric powder fry until golden.
- Cook for 10 minutes. add curd and salt.
- Add the aloo (potatoes) and hot water and stir over a low heat for 5 minutes.
- Sprinkle garam masala and cook for few minutes.
- Garnish with roasted cashew nuts and coriander leaf.
- Serve with any type of chapatti or poori.
