There are so many people who are very conscious for health and avoid oily food. So today i am sharing a very healthy and tasty recipe. Chicken is a very good source of protein.So if we cook it with a little care it becomes more and more healthy .
Ingredients:
8 Chicken drumsticks(legs)
2 tbsp Lemon juice
1 cup Hung curd
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
3 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tbsp Ground pepper powder
4-6 Green chillies finely chopped
2 tsp Chaat masala
Salt to taste

Method:
- Cut two or three deep slashes in the flesh of each drumstick,apply lemon juice and salt
- Now mix hung curd,ginger-garlic paste,turmeric powder,pepper and green chillies and marinate chicken drumsticks in this mixture.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
- Pre heat grill for 3 minutes,then microwave chicken on 300w + grill for 15 minutes.
- When properly cooked sprinkle chaat masala and serve hot.
