Creamy lemon chicken

Hello  friends how are you all?The winter season is on .So why not you go and try some new recipes of mine and enjoy your christmas and new year. Today i am sharing a very tasty and easy recipe of chicken. Try this and share your views with me.


Ingredients:

500 gm Boneless chicken
1 Large onion(fine paste)
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
4-5 Green chillies
1 Bayleaf
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Red chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 cup Tomato puree
1 tsp Garam masala powder
2-3 tsp Lemon juice
2 tsp Fresh cream
30 gm Yellow butter

Method:
  • Heat butter on the pan and add bay leaf ,green chillies ,onion paste and fry till onion turns brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and  coriander ,red chilly powder, tomato puree and salt and cook 2 minutes.
  • Then add chicken in it and cook till chicken becomes tender and oil seperates.
  • Now add garam masala powder ,fresh cream and switch off the flame .
  • Add lemon juice and mix well.
  • Serve hot.

Shahi mushroom matar

Mushroom matar is a very tasteful recipe . But today i have done some variation to make it different and and more tasteful.Mushroom is also very good source of vitamin D and  this is one of the few foods that contains germanium which help your body to use oxygen. So take benefits to add mushroom in some of your dishes. And starts using it with shahi mushroom matar which gives you a royal taste of mushroom.

 Ingredients:
 250 gm  Fresh mushroom buttons ( clean and cut into big pieces)
1 cup green peas
2 onions finely chopped
1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
2 tsp Red chilli powder (less spicy)
2 tsp Coriander powder
1 tsp Cumin powder
3/4 cup Tomato puree
1/2 cup Cashew nut paste
3 tbsp Mawa grated
1 tsp Garam masala
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Water 2 cup
Salt to taste
  
 Method:
  • First boil the mushrooms with turmeric powder and salt.
  • Now take a pan heat oil and add the chopped onions and fry till golden brown.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste add little water and cook well.Add coriander powder, cumin powder,red chilli powder and fry it then add tomato puree and cashew nut paste .
  • Fry till oil separates from the masala ,Add mawa and mix well.
  • Now add mushrooms with water , green peas, salt and garam masala.
  • Cook for one minute and serve hot with chapati.

Garlic fish tadka

Today's menu is fish .Fish is very high in protein and low in fat.Regular consumption of fish may reduce the risk of various diseases .This recipe is full of the flavor of garlic.The tadka of curry leaves give the freshness to the recipe .

Ingredients:
Fish 500gm (fresh and clean pieces)
Onion 2 large(chopped)
Garlic 20-25 cloves(finely chopped)
Ginger 2" piece(finely chopped)
Green chillies 4-5(slit)
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Water 3-4 cups
Salt to taste
Mustard oil 2 tbsp
For tadka:
Mustard oil 2 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Curry leaves 8-10

Method:
  • Take a pan and heat oil.Now add onion and fry till it becomes brown.
  • After that add garlic ,ginger ,Green chillies, turmeric powder,red chilli powder, salt and little bit of water.
  • Cook till oil separates from the masala.Now add fish to the masala and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Then add water and cook again for 4-5 minutes.
  • For tadka heat oil , add mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • And mix this tadka with the fish gravy.
  • Now add lemon juice and serve hot.

Lazeez egg biryani

Everyone loves to eat eggs .So this time all my egg lovers this laziz biryani is only for you .So try this without wasting your time.
 Ingredients:
For Egg-
4 Boiled egg cut into pieces
2 Egg bhurji
3 Onions chopped in slice
1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1tsp Red chilli powder
1 tsp Garam masala
Salt
Oil
For Rice-
2 cup Rice
2 Tomatoes chopped
1'' cinnamon
2 Cardamom crushed
2 Cloves
4 Ground black pepper
Green coriander
Salt
Oil
Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and add onion ,fry it till onion turns brown.
  • Now add ginger garlic paste and salt fry it.Then add garam masala and boiled egg fry for 1 minutes.Your egg masala is ready now.
  • Now take another  pan and heat oil then add cinnamon,cardamom,cloves,pepper.
  • Add tomatoes and salt to it then add rice after fry it for minute add water and cook it.
  • Now take a deep pan first Greased the pan with butter then add rice layer after that egg masala layer and coriander leaf, then again rice layer and masala layer.
  • Now cook it for 10 minutes with dum.
  • Decorate it with egg bhurji ,roasted onion and coriander leaf.

5 Vegetable pulao

Sometimes we are in a  hurry and we have not enough time to make proper food. So I have some easy and time saving recipes.Which takes less time and gives you full taste. 

Ingredients:
Rice cooked 2 cups
Green peas 1\2 cup
Capsicum 2 sliced
Carrot 1 sliced
Mushroom 1\2 cup boiled & sliced
Baby corn 2-3 sliced
Onion 1 large
Ginger -garlic paste 1 tsp
Garam masala  1 tbsp
Star masala 1
Cardamom  2 crushed
Salt  to taste
Oil 1tbsp


Method:
  • Take a pan and add oil,when oil starts heating add sliced onion, ginger garlic paste and star masala , cook till onion turns brown.
  • After that add all the vegetables and salt and cook till tender.
  • Now add cooked rice, garam masala and little bit more salt.
  • Sprinkle cardamom and mix it.
  • Serve hot with curd.

Makhan malai chicken tikka

Hi friends ready to eat something tasty. OK today i am sharing a very easy and delicious recipe, Makhan malai tikka.When i was making it first time i did not know my family will like it or not . But everyone really loved it. So get ready to give treat to your taste buds.

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken(cut into tikka pieces) 500 gm
Cumin powder 1 tsp
Dry fenugreek leaves 2 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1\2 tsp
Salt 1tsp
Garam masala 1 tsp
Thick curd 1 cup
Thick cream(malai) 4 tbsp
Grated cheese 4 tbsp

Method:
  • Marinate chicken pieces with coriander powder ,chilli powder, cumin powder, fenugreek leaves,ginger garlic paste,salt and garam masala powder.
  • Keep marinated chicken overnight in the fridge.
  • Now mix curd ,cream(malai) and cheese untill smooth.
  • Mix marinated chicken in the mixture and coat well.
  • Pre heat the grill for 3 minutes,microwave on 300w+grill on high rack for 9- 10 minuts.
  • Serve hot.

Egg net mutton kabab


There are so many varieties of kabab like shami, galauti, tunde and many more. this time i am also making a kabab but in my style. So friends get ready to try this. I am sure you will love it.

Ingredients:
Mutton(mince) keema 500 gm
Big cardomom seeds 3
Cinnamon 2"stick
salt to taste
Garam masala 1\2tsp
Raw papaya paste 1 tbsp
Chilli powder 1 tsp
 Ginger 1"
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Thick cream 2 tbsp
Eggs 2
Corn flour 2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsp

Method:
  • In  a cooker add keema ,cinnamon, cardamom, salt and garam masala and 2 cups of water. pressure cook till 5-6 whistles.
  • Open an dry out the water completely.Blend the mince into smooth paste.And keep aside.
  • Now take papaya, chilli powder, ginger ,garlic, thick cream, eggs and grind to a paste.
  • In this paste add mince and grind again it to get a sticky consestency.
  • Make flat tikkis(kabab) of the mixture and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Now take corn flour and cover the tikkis with it.
  • place the tikkis over a greased crusty plate and pore 2 tbsp oil over them thoroughly.
  • Cook and serve hot with onion and chutney.
Tips- you can also fry it in a fry pan .

koyla smoked chicken

Today i went to market and buy a very fresh chicken .On the way to our home i saw a man selling wood coal. So i think why not make some experiment with wood coal and chicken .And i did so.You know i got success and i am sure all of you will also love its taste. So get ready to taste a chicken like heaven.
Ingredients:
Chicken 1 kg
Onion 250 gms
Tomatoes 250 gms
Cashew 15-20
Bay leaf 1
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Coriander powder2 tbsp
Turmeric Powder2tbsp
Ginger Garlic paste2 tsp
Garam masala1 tsp
Salt Green chillies slit 5-6
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Oil
Eatable colour as required
Pure ghee1 spoon full
Wood coal 2-3
Pan leaf 2
Fresh cream1/2 cup
Coriander leaf

Method:
  • Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste ,red chilli powder,lemon juice,salt and with colour.
  • Take a deep handi and heat oil.After that add bay leaf ,green chillies and chopped onion.
  • When onion turns red add all the spices and chicken and tomato puree then cook till oil  starts floating over chicken.Now add a half cup of water.Cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Now add roasted and crushed cashew.Then add fresh cream.
  • Remove handi from the heat.
  • Now place coal in an open flame and heat till it becomes red hot .
  • Take a pan leaf in a steel bowl and put coal in it.Place the bowl over the chicken
  • Now pour a spoon full of pure ghee over the coal.as soon as it begins to smoke cover the handi.
  • After 5 mins remove coal bowl from the chicken, and garnish with coriander leaf.
Tips:-You can also use coal smoke at the time of serving as a presentation.

Egg fishy curry

Hi friends ,after a long time i am back with some of my new recipes and ideas.Everyone like egg so today i am making a dish of egg with new style .Egg is also very good source of calories and it is easily available in your kitchen. I hope all of you will enjoy .
Ingredients :
4 Eggs (beaten with salt)
2 Onions(fine paste)
1 large Tomato (puree)
2 cloves of Garlic(paste)
1 Bay leaf
2 Cardamom
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp Chilli powder
2 tbsp Coriander powder
1/2 tsp Garam masala
4 Cups of Water
Salt to taste
Oil
  Fresh coriander leaf for garnishing

Method :
  • Take a deep pan and heat  the water till it starts boiling. Now add the beaten egg and cover the pan immediately.
  • After one minute remove the egg from pan and cut into pieces .
  • Now take a cooking pan and add oil when the oil starts heating add bay leaf and then onion tomato and garlic paste.Make the paste brown.
  • Add turmeric powder ,chilli powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder.And cook till oil separates from the masala.
  • Now add 2 cups of water in the masala and when it starts boiling add the egg pieces .
  • Coo for 3-4 mins ,turn off the heat ,and garnish with coriander laef
  • Now your curry is ready to eat .

coconut (nariyal) chutney with mint


Coconut chutney is easy to make and a good accompaniment for many dishes ,specially with South Indian. Mint and the curry leaves gives it a very beautiful color and a very good flavor. So Let's start



Ingredients:

1 Fresh coconut grated
2 tbs Dry roasted chana (chickpeas)
1 tsp mustard seeds (raai)
15 fresh Mint leaves
1 tsp Sugar
2 Green chillies
2 dry red chillies
2-3 Garlic cloves
2 tbsp cooking oil
10-15 Curry leaves
 Salt to taste

Method
  • Take a grinder and add grated coconut ,chana ,mint leaves, green chillies,garlic,sugar and salt.
  • Grind them to foam a thick paste.
  • Now in a pan heat the oil and add mustard seeds ,red chilly,curry leaves,and add coconut paste and turn off heat stir well.
  • Coconut chutney is ready to eat.

Jackfruit (kathal) masala

Make delicious raw jackfruit curry using this simple steps . My family loved it the very first time i made this.. So what are you waiting for go and try this delicious recipe .
  
Ingredients :
Jackfruit raw 500 gm (diced &boiled)
Rice flour  4 tbsp
Coriander powder 3 ,1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Onion 3 large (make a fine paste)
Tomato 3 large (fine puree)
Garlic 5 cloves
Bay leaf 1
Cinnamon 1/2 inch
Green cardamom 2
Garam masala 1 tsp
 Oil
Salt to taste
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Green coriander leaf

Method : 
  • Mix boiled jackfruit ,rice flour, gram flour, half coriander powder,half turmeric powder,and half chilli powder and salt in a bowl.
  • Take a pan and deep fry all the jackfrit mixture one by one piece,make them golden brown.Keep aside.
  • Now take another pan and heat oil ,add bay leaf, cinnamon,and then add onion fry till golden.
  • Add turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilli powder ,salt and fry  4-5 minutes.
  • Now add tomato puree and again cook till oil starts floating over them.
  • Add fried jackfruit ,cardamom powder, crushed garlic ,garam masala and mix well.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander leaves .
  • Serve with rice or roti of your choice.

Paneer adaraki (cottage cheese with ginger)

Paneer remains the most common type of cheese used in traditional South Asian cuisines. The use of paneer is more common in Nepal, India, Pakistan, and Bangladesh due to the prominence of milk in their cuisine.Paneer adaraki is a simple recipe loaded with the flavor of ginger and is made with paneer (Indian cottage) cooked in thick onion-tomato gravy.And it gives the very heavenly flavor of ginger.  This dish is rich in its taste and flavors.
Ingredients:
Paneer( cottage cheese) –250gm, cut into 1” cubes         
Onion – 5medium sliced
Sugar-1/2 tsp
Tomatoes-3 chopped
Ginger-1 inch piece
Garlic- 4
Green chillies-6
Kasuri methi-2 tbsp
Fresh cream-1/4 cup
Turmeric powder-1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder-1 tsp
Coconut powder -2 tbsp
Cashew paste-2tbsp
Coriander leaves
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -3 tbsp

Method:
    1. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add onion, ginger and garlic flakes.Add sugar and saute on medium flame until onion turns brown.Remove off heat and let it cool.
    2. In another pan, heat remaining oil, add cumin seeds and saute for a minute.Add chopped tomatoes and saute until it turns soft and mushy.
    3. Blend browned onion along with green chillies into a smooth paste.Add this onion paste to the cooked tomatoes and mix well.
    4. Add turmeric powder, garam masala and salt .
    5. Now add coconut powder and cashew paste and little a cup of water.Cook this gravy for 5-6 minutes.
    6. Boil the paneer cubes in water for 2-3mins.Add the boiled paneer cubes to the gravy and cook for 2-3 mins.Add fresh cream and kasoori methi and garnish with coriander leaves.
    7. Serve hot with chapati or any other Indian bread.

Style Tomato pasta

Pasta is generally a simple dish, but comes in large varieties because it is a versatile food item. Some pasta dishes are served as a first course in Italy because the portion sizes are small and simple.This is basically an Italian dish and tomato pasta is one of them. Tomato pastaaaaa ,yummmm as the name shows its very tasty This was my today's breakfast ,but today i have made this in my own style and really i love the taste now its your turn to try this....

Ingredients:
  • 4 medium size tomatoes puree
  • 2 Bowls of boiled pasta
  • 1 Sliced onion
  • 2 Green chilies
  • 1tsp oregano
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 small capsicum finely chopped
  • Cabbage finely chopped 
  • 3 tbsp tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp chilly flakes
  • Salt to taste
  • 2tbsp oil





Method:
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry onions for a minute.
  • Add chillies and tomato puree and fry again for a minute.
  • Now add  cabbage and capsicum cook till tender.
  • Add boiled pasta, vinegar,tomato sauce and salt.
  • Cook the mixture for 2 minutes, then add oregano and chilli flakes.
  •  Spread grated cheese over it and microwave for 30 seconds.
  • Tomato pasta is ready.

Stuff paneer cheela


Health Health Health we are very much careful about health always. But when we talk about tasty food we become more careless and give priority to the taste not health. But here i am sharing with you one healthy and tasty recipe . Lets try it and become more health conscious.... 
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup Moong dhuli daal
  • 1 Tomato (finely chopped)
  • 1 Onion (finely chopped)
  • 200 gm Grated paneer
  • 1/2 inch piece Ginger greated
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powde
  • ½ tsp Garam masala
  • ½ tsp Green coriander (chopped)
  • Chat masala
  • 1-2 tbsp Mustard Oil 
  • Salt to taste                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          Method:
  • For stuffing- In a bowl take greated paneer now add tomato,onion, ginger,black pepper powder, garam masala.green corioander and salt to taste.
  • For cheela-     Soak moong daal for3-4  hrs in water. Then grind along with salt and ginger, to a fine paste. 
  •     Now heat a pan, put 2-3 drops of oil and pour some batter and make a cheela .
  •     Now cook the cheela from both sides.  
  •  Now on one side put some filling in the half of cheela.
  • And fold the half part carefully on the stuffing ,now sprinkle a little chat masala .
  • Serve hot with your favorite chutney

Garlic paneer tikki (cutlet)

A delicious crunchy delicacy made with paneer and subtle potatoes and the very good flavor of garlic.Today i had made an experiment and and my family loved it.Now its your turn to try this.....

Ingredients:
6 Potatoes boiled and smashed
1 Onion cut into small pieces 
6-8 Cloves Garlic
6-8 Cashews cut in to small pieces
1\4 cup fresh Coriander leaves 
1\2 tbs Red chilli powder
1\4 cup cottage cheese (paneer) grated
Salt to taste
Oil for frying


Method:
  • Take smashed potatoes and add a little salt ,make a fine and smooth paste .
  •  In a bowl take smashed paneer,and add cashew pieces, garlic pieces coriander leaf ,red chilli powder,salt and mix it.
  • Take one and a half tbsp of smashed potatoes in palm and flatten it.
  •  Stuff about 1\2 tsp of filling into it and make it in the form of tikki.
  • Toss it over the corn flour and fry until it's crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or mint chutney.

chilli chicken stylish



 
 Chilli chicken is one of the indo- Chinese dish. which serves with noodles or rice .Here i am going to share with you the very easy and delicious recipe of chilli chicken with my style.Try it, you will definitely  love to make and taste it.Lets try it...

Ingredients:

Boneless chicken cut into small cubes 500 gms
1 tbsp tomato sauce,
1 tbsp chili sauce,
2 tbsp Soya sauce,
2 tbsp vinegar
Salt to taste,                                                    
6 green chilies
4 big onions (chopped),
1 heaped tablespoon corn flour,
2 large capsicum cut into square pieces
1 teaspoon ajinomoto, 

2 tsp ginger garlic paste
Refined cooking oil


Method:

  • Wash the chicken pieces and dry them. Marinate the pieces with 1 tablespoon Soya sauce, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1/2 tablespoon tomato sauce, 1/2 table spoon chili sauce and enough salt.  
  •  Allow it to stand for 2 hours,Heat oil in a pan and fry the chicken pieces.
  •  Keep the fried pieces in a separate container. In the left over oil fry the green chilies and chopped onion slightly. Add capsicum and ginger garlic paste. Stir continuously.
  • When capsicum turns tender Add the chicken pieces. Pour the rest of the sauces and a pinch of salt. Mix the 1/2 tablespoon corn flour with a little of water and pour in the pan. 
  • Add the ajinomoto. Stir well and serve hot. with noodles or rice.
  • If you want dry chilli chicken do not add corn flour water .

Makki ki roti Sarson ka saag

So chilli winters are here.  Food lovers always search to eat something delicious.And in this season many restaurants serving Makki Ki Roti ,Sarson ka saag..The pure punjabi food.  Learn how to make Sarson Ka Saag Aur Makki Ki Roti recipe using style chef's  easy to make homemade recipes....
 
Ingredients: 
(For sarson ka saag)


500gms Mustard leaves (sarson)
200gms Spinach
200gms Bathuwa
3 Garlic cloves
1 inch Ginger
2 Green chilli
1 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon
Salt To Taste
2 tbsp corn meal (makki ka aata)
2 tbsp Ghee
250gms  Onions,finely chopped
250gms Tomatoes finely chopped
1/2tsp Red chilli powder


Method:
  • Clean and wash sarson, spinach and bathuwa. Chop the leaves finely.
  • Chop ginger, garlic cloves and chillies.
  • Pressure cook the spinach, sarson, bathuwa with garlic, ginger and chillies. When cool, grind it to smooth paste.
  • Heat ghee in a vessel, add bay leaf , cinnamon and onions. Fry until light brown. Add tomatoes and cook well.
  • Add the ground saag and simmer the flame. Cook for few minutes.
  • Add the corn meal, red chilli powder,salt and stir well. 
  • Add white butter.
Ingredients:
(For makki ki roti)

3 cup Corn meal (makki ha aata)
1 cup wheat flour
1.50 cup Boiling water
salt optional

Method:
  • Mix all the above ingredients.
  • And make a dough.
  • Then make a chapati on a low flame.
 Now serve the makki ki roti and sarson ka saag with butter. And enjoy the full punjabi flavor......
